Tasks

What You'll Do

• Develop high‑quality PC multiplayer games using Unity and C#
• Create engaging multiplayer party games similar to Among Us in 3D
• Implement multiplayer functionality using Photon Fusion 2
• Set up and manage lobbies, rooms, and matchmaking systems
• Integrate games with Steam (achievements, lobby systems, etc.)
• Design and implement game design and balancing
• Identify and fix bugs; iterate based on feedback

Requirements

Must Have :

• Proven experience as a Unity Game Developer with a strong portfolio of PC games
• Excellent proficiency in C# and the Unity engine
• Experience with Photon Fusion 2 (or similar multiplayer networking solutions)
• Experience creating party games or social multiplayer games
• Experience implementing lobby and room setup systems
• Experience with Steam integration (SDK, achievements, multiplayer features)
• Portfolio showcasing PC multiplayer games (required)
• Experience with version control (Git)

Nice to Have :

• Familiarity with other multiplayer frameworks (Mirror Netcode for GameObjects)
• Experience with Unity’s animation system and state machines
• Knowledge of game design principles and player psychology
• Experience working in both small indie teams and larger teams
• Published games on Steam or other PC platforms
