Job Summary

TheSenior UI/UX Lead Developer will lead the design and development of user‑centric digital experiences across web and mobile platforms. This role combines creative UI/UX design expertise with strong front‑end development skills to deliver seamless, engaging, and accessible interfaces. The ideal candidate is both a hands‑on designer and technical leader, capable of driving design strategy and mentoring teams to uphold high design and usability standards.

Key Responsibilities

UI/UX Design Leadership

• Lead the end‑to‑end design process, from user research and wireframing to high‑fidelity mockups and prototypes.
• Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to define user journeys, workflows, and design goals.
• Establish and maintain design systems, style guides, and UI component libraries for consistency across products.
• Conduct user testing, A/B testing, and usability reviews to gather feedback and improve product experience.
• Ensure designs follow accessibility standards (WCAG) and responsive best practices.

Front‑End Development

• Translate UI/UX designs into high‑quality, responsive front‑end code using technologies like React, Angular, or Vue.js.
• Collaborate with backend developers to integrate UI components with APIs and services.
• Optimize applications for maximum speed, scalability, and performance.
• Enforce best practices for code quality, testing, and version control (Git).

Team & Project Leadership

• Mentor and guide a team of UI/UX designers and front‑end developers.
• Drive design thinking workshops and promote a user‑centered design culture.
• Partner with product owners to prioritize features and ensure timely delivery of high‑quality releases.
• Review designs and code for usability, aesthetics, and maintainability.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Design, Computer Science, HCI, or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in UI/UX design and front‑end web development.
• Expert‑level proficiency with Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar tools.
• Strong hands‑on experience with HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript/TypeScript, and modern frameworks (React preferred).
• Proven experience in building and maintaining design systems.
• Deep understanding of UX principles, interaction design, and user psychology.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating both design and front‑end implementation.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with motion design and micro‑interactions (Framer Motion, Lottie, etc.).
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs and GraphQL.
• Understanding of CI/CD, version control, and agile workflows.
• Exposure to cross‑platform mobile development (React Native or Flutter).
• Prior experience leading UI/UX teams in a product‑based or startup environment.
