Plan My Festival GmbH is looking for a talented product & design professional to work fully remotely from Europe. You will own the design process from research to final interfaces, ensuring a seamless experience for festival organizers. About the role

You will shape how festival organizers, artists and volunteers experience Plan My Festival. Your work spans from research and wireframes to polished, accessible interfaces shipped weekly.

What you'll do

• Own design end-to-end: research, wireframes, prototypes and final UI
• Maintain and evolve our design system in Figma
• Run user interviews with festival organizers and translate insights into flows
• Collaborate closely with engineers to ship pixel-perfect features
• Ensure accessibility (WCAG AA) across all new and existing screens

What we're looking for

• 3+ years designing complex B2B SaaS or productivity tools
• Strong portfolio demonstrating both visual craft and systems thinking
• Expert in Figma, including components, variables and auto-layout
• Solid grasp of accessibility, responsive design and design tokens
• Excellent communication skills in English

Nice to have

• Front-end skills (Tailwind, React) to prototype directly in code
• Experience designing for events, scheduling or marketplace products
