A fast-growing technology company in Munich seeks a Training & Demonstrations Manager to deliver FPV drone training and demonstrations to governmental clients. The ideal candidate will be an experienced FPV drone pilot with excellent communication skills, able to operate independently and thrive in dynamic environments. Twentyfour Industries is seeking an experienced and highly professional Training & Demonstrations Manager to strengthen its Academy & Demonstrations department. The role focuses on delivering professional FPV drone training and conducting live demonstrations for governmental and institutional customers.

What We’re Looking For

• Experienced FPV drone pilot capable of conducting professional trainings and demonstrations
• Confident communicator who can represent the company in front of governmental and professional clients
• Hands‑on individual able to independently plan and execute training sessions and operational showcases
• Structured and reliable personality comfortable working in operational environments
• Based in Munich or willing to relocate

The day‑to‑day

• Conduct FPV drone training programs for professional and governmental clients
• Plan and execute technical demonstrations and live operational showcases
• Represent Twentyfour Industries during trainings, demonstrations, and industry events
• Deliver instruction aligned with operational and mission‑oriented requirements
• Support the continuous development of training concepts and demo standards

You should apply if you
