Samsung SDS Smart Logistics in Magdeburg is seeking Commercial Employees (m/f/d) in Transport Coordination / Dispatchers as Coordinators. You will act as the point of contact for customers and logistics providers and organize and plan goods transport.

You will process orders, monitor deliveries to ensure on-time performance, communicate with the warehouse to book slots, coordinate service providers, and help optimize transport costs.

Qualifikationen

• Completed commercial training in logistics or a related field.
• Professional experience in logistics services/forwarding desirable.
• Experience with software-supported dispatching.
• Strong organizational skills and MS Office proficiency (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Fluent German and willingness to work in English.

For our location in Magdeburg, we are looking, effective immediately, for Commercial Employees (m/f/d) in Transport Coordination / Dispatchers as Coordinators.

Requirements

• Completed commercial training/apprenticeship, ideally as a forwarding and logistics services clerk (Kaufmann/-frau für Spedition und Logistikdienstleistungen), warehouse logistics specialist, or comparable; other commercial training backgrounds or relevant professional experience are also welcome
• Professional experience in the logistics services industry / freight forwarding desirable
• Experience with software-supported dispatching
• Strong organizational skillsVery good knowledge of spreadsheet programs [good MS Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)]
• Fluent German and no reluctance to work in English
