Zusammenfassung

StudentJob sucht einen engagierten Praktikanten für das Transaction Services Team in München oder Frankfurt ab Januar 2027. Du wirst Teil eines Teams und unterstützt die Planung und Durchführung von Financial Due Diligence für private Equity und Unternehmensklienten.

Ein intensives Training und Mentoring wird geboten, mit der Möglichkeit einer Festanstellung nach dem Praktikum. Erforderlich sind Englischkenntnisse und die Motivation für 3-6 Monate.

Qualifikationen

• Currently pursuing a bachelor's (5th/6th semester) or master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration.
• Excellent analytical skillset and entrepreneurial mindset.
• Previous internships in finance are a plus.

Aufgaben

• Support planning, execution, and delivery of Transaction Services.
• Receive intensive on-the-job training for buy- and sell-side M&A processes.
• Be coached by a mentor available for professional advice.

We are currently looking for an ambitious and diligent individual to join our Transaction Services team in Munich or Frankfurt as an Intern from January 2027 (3-6 months). The Transaction Services team mainly provides buy-side and sell-side financial due diligence services to support its private equity and corporate clients in M&A processes.

• You will support us as fully integrated team member on planning, executing and delivering Transaction Services (primarily Financial Due Diligence in buy- and sell-side transactions) for international and national private equity and corporate clients.
• With a full involvement from the beginning to the end you will get an intensive training on the job on our Financial Due Diligence projects to understand the mechanisms of buy- and sell-side M&A processes.
• You will be coached by a mentor who is available at any time to support you with professional or personal advice. Graduates may have the opportunity to be offered a permanent position after a successful internship.

Job requirements

• Motivated, proactive, reliable and stress-resistant
• Currently pursuing a bachelor- (5./6. semester) / master's degree from a recognized university or business school with preferably a major in Finance, Accounting, business administration or similar
• Basic knowledge of IFRS and accounting, knowledge of German GAAP is a plus
• Excellent German and professional written and spoken English
• Excellent analytical skillset and an entrepreneurial mindset
• Proficient in MS Office (especially MS Excel); experience with analytical tools e.g. PowerBI is a plus
• Previous internships or work experience in finance e.g. audit/ accounting/ M&A/ Controlling is a plus
• Available for a term of at least 3 months
