Deutsche Post DHL Group invites applications for a Graduate Trainee Program in Bonn, starting April 1, 2027, for 18 months in the Corporate Strategy team. You will work on Strategy 2030, drive international projects, and engage with senior stakeholders across DHL's global divisions.

As a trainee you will develop strategic recommendations, support executive decision-making, and collaborate across regions to shape the company’s growth agenda, with an emphasis on international exposure and growth

Qualifikationen

Join DHL Group's Corporate Strategy team and work directly on some of the company's most important growth and strategic priorities, driving Strategy 2030. As a trainee, you will contribute to Group-wide international strategic projects, support executive decision-making, and engage with senior stakeholders across DHL's global business divisions.

Your tasks

• Analyse growth opportunities, market trends and strategic business initiatives across DHL Group.
• Develop executive-ready recommendations and presentations to senior management.
• Collaborate with teams across regions and business divisions to shape DHL's long-term growth agenda.

Your profile

• Completed or soon-to-be completed Master's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, International Business, Strategy, Supply Chain Management, Political Science, Law or a related field before April 1st, 2027
• Relevant experience (up to 3 years) in strategy consulting, corporate development, M&A, investment banking, or similar analytical environments
• International mindset, demonstrated through study, work, or exchange experience abroad
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to structure complex topics
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Entrepreneurial mindset and willingness to take ownership
• Fluent English, proficiency in an additional language (e.g., Mandarin, Spanish, French, Arabic, Portuguese, or German) is an advantage.
