As a Trainee in Brand Marketing (based in Berlin), you will support our marketing in France for a period of 12 months, helping to grow and shape our brands through strategic and creative marketing initiatives. You will gain hands-on experience across all areas of brand marketing and work closely with both local and international teams.

Support the development and execution of local communication and marketing plans to drive brand awareness and revenue (online and offline)

Assist in the planning, organization, and implementation of go-to-market strategies, campaigns, and activations (e.g. social media, newsletters, POS/retail, events, and PR)

Help coordinate influencer and UGC collaborations, as well as brand partnerships for the Italian market

Conduct market and competitive analyses focused on Italy and translate insights into actionable recommendations

Prepare reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders

Collaborate closely with the Brand Marketing team in Italy and the international leadership team

Successfully completed studies in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration with a focus on marketing, or a comparable qualification

First hands-on experience in marketing (e.g. internships or student jobs), ideally in the FMCG or beauty industry

Creative flair for branding, aesthetics, and consumer-relevant content – especially in social media

Strong organizational skills, with a structured and proactive working style

High level of team spirit, motivation, and a hands-on “can-do” attitude

Fluent French (spoken and written) and very good English skills for cross-functional collaboration

Your Office - This role is based in our centrally located office in Berlin - Prenzlauer Berg.
