Zusammenfassung

Volue in Germany is seeking a Trading Consultant to help traders, developers and portfolio managers maximize value from our software, improving trading efficiency and decision-making. You will become a trusted advisor, build strong customer relationships, provide training and guidance, and drive product improvements by monitoring adoption and collaborating with Product, Sales, Development and QA.

We’re currently looking for a Trading Consultant to help us enhance customer value and drive impact. The Trading Consultant is a customer success-oriented role, focusing on assisting traders, developers, and portfolio managers in utilizing our software to enhance trading efficiency and decision-making, playing a crucial role in ensuring customers maximize the value of our trading solutions.

What you will be doing to make a difference:

• Become a trusted advisor for customers, helping them configure, optimize, and maximize the value of our trading solutions to improve performance, automation, and reliability.

• Build strong customer relationships by understanding trading workflows, business objectives, and technical requirements, while delivering training, consulting, and best-practice guidance.

• Drive customer success and product improvement by monitoring solution adoption, identifying growth opportunities, and collaborating closely with Product, Sales, Development, and QA teams.

• Lead continuous improvement initiatives, streamlining trading operations, enhancing internal processes, and contributing to scalable knowledge-sharing and operational excellence.

What you need to succeed:

• A degree in Engineering, Business, Economics, or a technical field.

• One or more of the following:

  • A strong interest in the energy industry

  • Solid knowledge of Python or other scripting languages

  • Experience in trading, development, QA, or technical support

• A collaborative mindset and a willingness to learn and grow.

• Analytical thinking; experience with data or statistical analysis is a plus.

• Motivation to move into a customer-facing role.

• Fluency in English and ideally in German.
