As a Total Rewards Manager, your primary responsibility is to serve as a senior subject matter expert, providing benchmark recommendations for various job roles within the organization. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring competitive and fair compensation structures that align with organizational goals.


Your responsibilities


  • Conduct comprehensive market research to provide benchmarking insights for Total Rewards

  • Collaborate with People & Culture and hiring managers to align job roles with competitive compensation ranges

  • Develop and maintain salary structures and pay bands based on industry standards

  • Contribute to designing, implementing, and communicating employee benefit programs, ensuring compliance and cost-effectiveness

  • Analyze compensation trends to recommend adjustments for talent attraction and retention

  • Provide expertise on compensation matters during organizational changes and support internal stakeholders' inquiries


What you bring


  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Total Rewards analysis or a related People & Culture function

  • In-depth understanding of reward structures, market trends, and benchmarking methodologies

  • Proficiency in data analysis and interpretation using tools like Excel, HRIS, or compensation management software

  • Strong knowledge of relevant employment laws and regulations

  • Excellent German and English communication skills and the ability to present complex data in a clear and understandable manner

  • Detail-oriented approach with strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Certification in Compensation or a related field (e.g., CCP, CBP) is a plus
