Job summary

avitea GmbH in Germany seeks a Toolmaker (m/f/d) for a plastics industry client based in Meschede, NRW. You will maintain, service and repair injection molding tools and support mold ramp-ups.

Ideal candidates have toolmaking training (or industrial mechanic) and proficient reading of drawings and measuring tools, with a meticulous, independent work style and strong teamwork and reliability. The position offers long-term opportunities and potential permanent employment.

Qualifications

• Completed training as a toolmaker (m/f/d), industrial mechanic (m/f/d), or comparable qualification.
• Experience in toolmaking or plastic injection molding is a plus.
• Proficiency in reading technical drawings and using measuring instruments.
• Manual dexterity and a meticulous, independent work style.
• Teamwork, reliability and strong commitment to quality.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, service and repair injection molding tools.
• Implement mold optimizations and technical modifications.
