What You'll Do On a Typical Day

In this role, you will shape the future of PERI’s industrial setup. With a clear focus on automation and efficiency, you’ll manage cross-functional projects and help scale solutions worldwide.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex projects in logistics, production, and maintenance – always with an eye on time, cost, and quality
• Design and implement automation solutions that enhance productivity and output quality
• Develop standardized concepts for machinery, tooling, and workstations – ready for global rollout
• Introduce process improvements and best practices in collaboration with our international subsidiaries
• Conduct feasibility studies and profitability analyses, including layout and process design
• Work closely with internal stakeholders across departments such as Procurement, R&D, IT, Quality, and Operations
• Coordinate and align efforts across multiple functions to drive project success

Your professional Toolkit

• Degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Automation Technology, Production Engineering, or similar technical field
• Several years of experience in factory or production planning, ideally with exposure to machine and system engineering
• Proven expertise in planning, implementing, and commissioning automation solutions
• Strong experience working in international environments with multiple stakeholders
• Proficient in project management methodologies and confident in handling complex, high-impact projects
• Excellent analytical skills with a keen eye for optimization potential in technical processes and setups
• Strong communicator with a proactive mindset and hands-on approach
• Fluent in English and German, and open to regular international travel (20%)
