A leading luxury retailer is seeking a dedicated Client Experience Manager for their Northern Europe Cluster, focusing on enhancing client relationships through tailored events and superior in-store experiences. The role is pivotal in executing initiatives across Germany, ensuring collaboration in driving a luxury experience that aligns with business objectives. The Client Experience Manager, will be instrumental in shaping and executing the client experience strategy across Austria, Germany, Czech Republic, and Switzerland for Tiffany & Co.
This role focuses on driving market-specific initiatives for all in-store and virtual client events, with a strong emphasis on cultivating new and existing client relationships through bespoke activations, High Jewelry events, personalized client gestures, gifting, and unparalleled in-store hospitality.
Through extensive cross-functional collaboration, this individual will ensure the flawless execution of the overarching client experience strategy, directly contributing to Tiffany's key business objectives within the luxury retail sector.
