Qualifikationen

• Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung in einem technischen Beruf.
• Bereitschaft, im Freien zu arbeiten und Schichtarbeit zu leisten.
• Besitz eines gültigen Führerscheins der Klasse B, Bereitschaft zur Klasse C1E.

Starting as soon as possible, we are looking for you to qualify as a Senior Track Welder (w/m/d) for DB InfraGO AG in Osnabrück.

Your Responsibilities:

• Repair damage on rails and switches in the Deutsche Bahn network.
• Receive comprehensive training in cutting and welding techniques (Thermit and E-Hand) for rails.
• Perform grinding maintenance on rails and switches.
• Ensure the acceptance of the work performed with your team.
• After completing all qualifications, work independently and lead one of our teams with support from experienced track technology specialists.
• If you have gained work experience and meet the qualifications, there is an opportunity to further train as a Track Technology Specialist.

Your Profile:

• You have a successfully completed apprenticeship in industrial mechanics, metal construction, locksmithing, welding technology, mechanics, masonry, civil engineering, road construction, roofing, carpentry, landscaping, high-rise construction, or a similar technical trade.
• You enjoy working outdoors and are willing to work in shifts (night, weekend, and holiday work).
• You are committed and eager to learn for internal training programs.
• You are a team player and your colleagues can rely on you completely.
• You possess a valid class B driver's license and are willing to acquire a class C1E license.
