Exyte is seeking a Test Technician to perform testing and maintenance on our systems, ensuring quality and reliability. You will handle pressure, leak, particle and humidity measurements, and calibrate testing equipment to uphold safety standards.

The role requires a technical vocational background, German language skills, and willingness to travel across Germany. English is beneficial, and a valid Class B license is preferred.

Qualifikationen

• Must have completed technical vocational training.
• Experience with testing and measurement equipment is a plus but not required.
• Ability to operate and calibrate pressure, leak, particle and humidity devices.

Aufgaben

• Perform professional testing and maintenance on systems per test orders.
• Care for and calibrate testing equipment and monitor maintenance intervals.
• Document test results and report to supervisor or client promptly.
• Report deviations and support troubleshooting.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality and customer requirements (DGUV, QM).

As a Test Technician (m/f/d), you will ensure the professional execution of testing and maintenance work on our systems in accordance with the test order. Your tasks will include pressure, leak, particle, and humidity measurements, as well as the maintenance and calibration of the testing equipment used. Your work will guarantee the quality, reliability, and operational safety of our systems.

Explore your tasks and responsibilities

• Performing professional testing and maintenance work on systems according to the test order (e.g., pressure testing, helium leak testing, particle and humidity measurement, oxygen measurement).
• Care and maintenance of the testing equipment and monitoring of the associated maintenance and calibration intervals.
• Documenting the test results in test reports and forwarding them to the supervisor or client in a timely manner.
• Reporting deviations or irregularities and actively supporting the troubleshooting process.
• Ensuring compliance with all safety, quality, and customer requirements (DGUV, QM guidelines).

Show your expertise

• Successfully completed technical vocational training
• Professional experience with testing and measurement equipment is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Proficient use of testing and measurement equipment (e.g., pressure, leak, particle, and moisture measuring devices).
• Class B driver's license.
• Good German skills; English skills are an advantage.
• Willingness to travel within Germany.
