Liebherr-Digital Development Center GmbH in Ulm seeks a Test Manager to lead software and system testing across embedded, cloud, mobile and web platforms. The role shapes test strategies, frameworks, and environments, and drives automation with product and development teams.

Requirements include a degree in Computer Science, 5+ years of test management, ISTQB Advanced Level, and strong English and German communication. Hybrid work is offered.

Qualifications

• Academic degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
• 5+ years of experience planning and running test strategies for digital solutions or complex distributed systems.
• ISTQB Certified Tester Advanced Level Test Management or comparable certification.
• Expert knowledge in tools and methods for test management, test design and test automation.
• Knowledge of CT, CI/CD and agile working methods.
• Profound communication and presentation skills in English and German.
• Knowledge in system design, system architecture, safety and security.

Responsibilities

• Improve our development and testing processes, methods and tools, and support the development teams
• Plan, set up and maintain test environments and automation frameworks
• Align testing activities with management, developers, and quality assurance
• Evaluate and report on the maturity of digital products
