Emma – The Sleep Company in Frankfurt is seeking a laboratory-focused professional to join our testing facilities. You will conduct investigations, operate testing equipment, and evaluate thermal and mechanical properties of foam, fabric samples, and finished products.

You will share insights with the team, meet deadlines, and continuously improve testing processes. Fluency in English and hands-on attitude are required; first lab experience is a plus.

Qualificações

• First laboratory experiences through university, internship, or work is a plus.
• Fluent in English and able to work in a diverse team.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct laboratory investigations using standardized testing methods and develop pragmatic solutions for experiments.
• Operate testing equipment and use designated tools to assess product properties.
• Run experiments to evaluate thermal and mechanical properties of foam, fabric samples, and finished products; report findings.
• Proactively share key information with the team, communicating risks and insights.
• Work independently as part of our testing facilities and ensure deadlines are met.
• Continuously challenge status quo and identify opportunities to improve testing processes and efficiency.

What you\'ll do :

• You will conduct laboratory investigations using standardized testing methods while developing pragmatic solutions for different experiments.

• You are comfortable working in MS Office, especially MS Excel.

• First laboratory experiences through university, internship, or work is a plus.
