A global leader in life sciences is seeking a Territory Sales Manager to oversee strategic accounts in Eastern Europe. This role involves driving business growth in the pharmaceutical market, maintaining customer relations, and leveraging CRM tools for optimal sales management. Ideal candidates will have a strong sales background and a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with the ability to communicate effectively in business English. This position offers a hybrid working model with required travel.

In this Territory Sales Manager position within our Capsule & Health Ingredients (CHI) business unit you will be responsible for our strategic Eastern European accounts. You will Identify and evaluate business opportunities to grow Lonza CHI’s share in the hard empty capsule market. You will work closely and collaborate with our divisional and regional business leaders and internal cross functional teams.
