Proclinical is seeking a Territory Manager to join a dynamic team in the Kassel/Gießen region. In this role, you will play a key part in achieving sales targets, building strong relationships with healthcare professionals, and promoting innovative diabetes medical devices. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the growth of a leading portfolio in the diabetes sector while providing training and support to customers.

Responsibilities:
  • Achieve or exceed sales targets within the assigned territory.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision‑makers in the diabetes sector, including private practice diabetologists, diabetes clinics, teaching hospitals, and large medical centres.
  • Develop and manage user and prescriber relationships to enhance business and foster brand loyalty.
  • Promote brand awareness and drive demand for the product portfolio in your territory.
  • Design and deliver training programmes for customers and patients.
  • Organise and manage regular sales and training events.
  • Collaborate with marketing, market access, and customer service teams to ensure optimal customer care.
  • Utilise and demonstrate data‑management software effectively.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of healthcare funding and key decision‑makers in the region.
  • Conduct field activities professionally and adhere to established guidelines.
  • Handle administrative tasks promptly and efficiently.
  • Assist with additional responsibilities as needed.
Key Skills and Requirements:
  • Strong presentation and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Team‑oriented with a proactive and adaptable approach.
  • Sound business acumen and ability to work independently.
  • Established credibility and connections within the diabetes community are advantageous.
  • Basic computer proficiency.
  • Fluent in German; English proficiency is a plus.
  • Proven experience in sales within the medical technology industry or a related field.
  • Experience in diabetes product sales and an existing network of diabetologists and diabetes consultants is a plus.
  • Excellent organisational, planning, and pipeline management skills.
  • Valid driving licence and willingness to travel regularly within the assigned region.
  • Comfortable working in clinics, practices, and a home office environment.
