• Develop and maintain SOPs, training materials, and quality frameworks for teleoperation workflows.
• Build and maintain the operational systems, trackers, reporting cadences, and documentation the function runs on.
• Maintain accurate logs of training outcomes, data quality metrics, and cross-team feedback.
• Act as the primary bridge between the operations team and the engineering team, surfacing operator feedback, flagging issues, and translating guidance into practical instructions.
• Identify patterns in operator errors, edge cases, and system inconsistencies, and escalate them with structured context.
• Support engineering teams in improving data collection pipelines and interfaces based on operational insight.
• Maintain direct proficiency across robotic systems and teleoperation interfaces (VR, joystick, or control rigs).

In this role, you will train and quality-manage a team of teleoperation operators, establish and maintain data collection standards, and act as the critical bridge between project management and the technical teams developing our teleoperation and policy systems. You will maintain direct teleoperation proficiency and translate operational insight into actionable engineering feedback, and vice versa.
