Embedded Shishya is seeking a Telehealth Nurse Practitioner for a fully remote California position. The contractor role offers a daily pay rate of $600–$720 with a minimum 24 hours per week and flexible scheduling.

Must hold an active California NP license; multi-state licenses preferred, and experience with Medicare/Medicaid populations is required. You will conduct telehealth health assessments, document HCC risk adjustments, close care gaps, review medication histories, and document visits
