ENERCON GmbH is seeking a Technology Project Manager (m/f/d) to lead cross-functional technology projects for wind energy systems. You will drive planning, concept development, validation, and handover for product integration, ensuring on-time delivery, budget adherence, and high quality.

Requirements include a Master's degree in engineering, several years of project management experience, and strong English and German communication.

Your Responsibilities

• Lead complex, cross-functional technology projects for wind energy systems
• Achieve project goals and technology readiness with a cross-functional project team through the phases of project planning, concept development, and validation up to handover for product integration
• Ensure transparency of project progress, early identification of challenges, and initiation of appropriate countermeasures
• Take responsibility for on-time delivery of project results, as well as for budget and quality

Your Qualifications

• Degree (Diploma or Master’s) in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a comparable field
• Several years of experience in managing complex projects, preferably with a project management certification
• Extensive expertise and many years of practical experience in the development of wind turbines or wind energy technologies
• Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken
• Strong quality awareness and assertiveness
• Very good command of English and German, combined with intercultural experience
