Wind Multiplikator – powered by Semco Maritime – is THE full-service provider for offshore wind projects. We offer a wide range of services, from small campaigns to complete O&M services. Your tasks

• In this central role, you are the first point of contact for fault reports and remote troubleshooting of wind turbines.
• You also carry out high-voltage switching operations and ensure that all operational data is reliably recorded and quickly forwarded to the appropriate departments.
• You monitor the sea area around the offshore wind farms, communicate with vessels via marine radio, and thus make an important contribution to nautical safety.
• You are also involved in coordinating personnel transfers and maintain direct contact with helicopter pilots.
• In emergency management, you’re always one step ahead – fast, efficient, and focused on ensuring safe operations at all times.

Your profile

• Your Qualfication: You have completed technical training (e.g., as a technician or master craftsman) or have a comparable qualification through many years of professional experience in a technical field.
• Troubleshooting experience:You bring hands‑on experience in troubleshooting and maintaining industrial systems and are familiar with the necessary technical procedures.
• Willingness to work shifts: You are ready to work in a flexible 24/7 shift system and can quickly and confidently adapt to demanding situations.
• Responsibility: You enjoy taking responsibility, work independently, and make well-informed decisions to ensure smooth operations.
• Language skills: You communicate confidently in German and English (at least B2 level) to collaborate effectively with international partners and colleagues.
