Technician (m/f/d) Control Center

Wind Multiplikator – powered by Semco Maritime – is a full-service provider for offshore wind projects, offering a wide range of services from small campaigns to complete O&M services. We manage and maintain offshore wind farms and provide turnkey replacement and repair of major components using our jack-up vessels.

Your tasks

• Act as the first point of contact for fault reports and remote troubleshooting of wind turbines.
• Carry out high-voltage switching operations and ensure that all operational data is reliably recorded and quickly forwarded to the appropriate departments.
• Monitor the sea area around offshore wind farms, communicate with vessels via marine radio and contribute to nautical safety.
• Coordinate personnel transfers and maintain direct contact with helicopter pilots.
• Manage emergency situations, focusing on safety and efficient operations.

Your profile

• Qualified technical training (e.g., as a technician or master craftsman) or comparable experience in a technical field.
• Hands‑on experience in troubleshooting and maintaining industrial systems.
• Willingness to work in a flexible 24/7 shift system and adapt to demanding situations.
• Ability to take responsibility, work independently, and make well‑informed decisions.
• Proficient in German and English (at least B2 level) for collaboration with international partners.
