Zusammenfassung

Jobtailor is seeking a BIM Coordinator to support model development and coordination across project phases. You will create and manage BIM models in Revit and other Autodesk tools, generate construction documentation, schedules, quantities, and deliverables from BIM models, and collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to resolve coordination issues.

• Familiarity with Navisworks, AutoCAD, BIM 360, ACC or Construction Cloud.
• Understanding of construction docs, systems, and standards.
• Strong organization, analysis and problem solving.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• ACU certification preferred.

Requirements

• Associate's degree, diploma, or bachelor's degree in architecture, Engineering, Construction Technology, or equivalent experience
• 1+ years of experience in a BIM, CAD, architectural, engineering, or construction technology role
• Proficiency in Autodesk Revit
• Familiarity with Navisworks, AutoCAD, Autodesk Forma, Construction Cloud (ACC), or BIM 360
• Basic understanding of construction documentation, building systems, and industry standards
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem‑solving skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast‑paced environment
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Autodesk Revit Certified User (ACU) certification preferred
• Candidate may be required to complete a basic Revit skills assessment
• Experience supporting large‑scale projects preferred
