Zusammenfassung

Exyte is seeking a BIM specialist in Dresden to lead BIM standards, coordinate with designers and engineers, and ensure timely data handovers to clients across project phases.

You will conduct test runs, clash detection, and BEP development while overseeing BIM software usage and IFC file QA, contributing to successful delivery of advanced manufacturing facilities.

Qualifikationen

• Strong knowledge of BIM processes and ISO 19650/VDI 2552.
• Several years of experience with Autodesk products.
• Highly organized, structured and collaborative.
• Fluent in English; additional language such as German or French.
• Understanding of IFC schema and regulatory aspects.

• Establishing and monitoring BIM standards and processes at Exyte COE
• Coordinating projects with BIM Managers, designers, and engineers
• Ensuring compliance with milestones and data handovers to the client
• Conducting test runs, clash detection, and model-based planning meetings
• Supporting the development of the BIM Execution Plan (BEP) and overseeing the use of BIM software
• Managing IFC files and performing quality assurance of models
• Integrating and handing over information packages for each project phase
