Dataminr is seeking a technical writer to write, publish, and update knowledge base articles for our cybersecurity SaaS platform. You will test and document platform features and collaborate with a small team to prioritize tasks.

You will work with subject-matter experts across multiple teams to resolve questions and achieve mutual goals, maintaining high standards of accuracy and clarity in all documentation.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field, with 1-2 years of technical writing experience.
• Excellent command of oral and written English, with proficiency in documentation and publishing technologies.
• Extreme attention to detail, ability to learn complex systems, and effective communication skills.
