Job summary

ROHDE & SCHWARZ GmbH & Co. KG is seeking an experienced Training Expert to design and deliver technical training for COMINT systems to customers in Germany and abroad.

This role may involve on-site work with clients or at our facilities. You will standardize training content and explore innovative formats including remote and e-learning, while collaborating with SMEs to ensure alignment with customer needs.

Responsibilities

• You design and deliver technical training solutions for COMINT systems for customers in Germany and internationally, both at our facilities and on-site with the customer.
• You ensure a high level of consistency and standardization across training content, materials and learning approaches.
• You continuously enhance training concepts and further develop innovative learning formats, including remote and e-learning solutions.
• You work closely with internal interfaces and subject matter experts to deepen your system understanding and continuously align training content with customer needs.
• During the sales phase, you analyze training requirements and define suitable customer-specific training solutions.
• You continuously expand your knowledge of modern signal intelligence and effective training methodologies.
