MY.GAMES is seeking an IT Support professional to prepare and configure workstations, register users in information systems, and troubleshoot software and hardware issues. You will maintain inventory, participate in IT infra projects, and contribute to information security efforts.

The role requires 2+ years in a similar position with knowledge of PCs, servers, and networking. We offer a dynamic, collaborative environment within a global game development community.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 2 years experience in a similar position.
• Knowledge of personal computer and server architecture.
• Up-to-date knowledge of modern hardware.
• Experience with user operating systems: MS Windows 7, 8, 10, MacOS.
• Basic knowledge of server operating systems.
• Confident basic knowledge of networking technologies.
