Our client is a fast‑growing technology company building modern infrastructure for AI. To support their expanding customer base, we’re looking for a Technical Success Manager (US - Remote) to own the post‑sale technical relationship for strategic accounts and ensure successful deployment, adoption, and long‑term value realization.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of engineering, customer success, and technical program management — someone who can translate complex systems into clear outcomes and guide customers through high‑stakes, multi‑stakeholder implementations.
Your Role
Technical Delivery & Execution
- Serve as the primary technical point of contact after the sale, coordinating across Solutions Architects, Forward Deployed Engineers, and Support teams
- Guide customers through implementation, ensuring they effectively use vector search and related AI capabilities to solve real‑world problems
- Conduct architecture reviews and technical health checks to identify bottlenecks and recommend optimizations
Customer Alignment & Stakeholder Management
- Manage expectations across multiple concurrent customer projects, aligning timelines, resources, and technical priorities
- Build trusted, long‑term relationships with technical and executive stakeholders
- Ensure QBRs and executive check‑ins deliver meaningful value for both the customer and the company
Operational Excellence
- Act as the escalation manager for critical technical issues, mobilizing internal teams to resolve blockers in high‑stakes deployments
- Aggregate customer feedback and field insights to influence product and engineering roadmaps
- Strengthen shared understanding between customer teams and internal engineering groups
What You Bring
- 3+ years in a customer‑facing technical success, delivery, or solutions role supporting complex technical products
- Proven ability to manage multi‑stakeholder technical projects without direct authority
- Understanding of the ML lifecycle, data pipelines, and search/retrieval systems fundamentals
- Ability to translate deep technical concepts into business impact for executives while engaging hands‑on with developers
- Strong communication skills and a proactive, ownership‑driven mindset
Nice to Have
- Experience delivering solutions in cloud‑native Kubernetes environments
- Prior experience in a technical engineering role
- Familiarity with semantic search, RAG, or agentic AI architectures
