Join our Center of Excellence (COE) team in Germany and kick-start your career through an international graduate program designed to prepare you for a future role in field application engineering or account management.

During the program, you will build strong technical and commercial skills through training, hands‑on experience, and international exposure.

Networking & Learning

• Work in an international team and build your internal network
• Connect with Marketing and Product teams in Oregon (USA)
• Participate in structured training programs to support your development

On-the-job Experience

• Gain expertise in Tektronix, Keithley, and Elektroautomatik products and solutions
• Support customers in solving pre- and post‑sales technical challenges

Coaching & Development

• Learn from experienced engineers during customer visits
• Benefit from a dedicated mentor throughout the program
• Develop into a Account Manager (m/f/d) within 12-24 months
