We’re looking for a hands‑on, driven Technical Representative to support our paper technology customers in the north of Germany. You’ll work closely with Account Managers to deliver exceptional service, drive operational excellence, and build lasting customer relationships. You’ll also play a key role in our digital transformation journey, helping to implement smart, more automated solutions while maintaining a strong focus on safety and reliability.

What You’ll Do
  • Perform sampling and laboratory testing
  • Install and maintain dosing systems
  • Inspect, troubleshoot, and resolve technical equipment issues
  • Optimize dosing strategies based on analysis and results
  • Chemical transfer and inventory management
  • Service reporting
  • Assist Account Managers with customer needs
  • Drive digitalization and automation at customer sites
  • Build customer relationships to become the trusted advisor
  • Implement and maintain Buckman’s safety standards
What You Bring
  • Technical education (chemistry a plus)
  • 1–2 years’ experience in the industry (paper is a plus)
