We are an in-office company, and our expectation is that employees primarily work from their the company Intuition office 5 days a week. As a Technical Recruiter - EMEA at the company Intuition, you will partner closely with engineering leadership to design and execute hiring strategies that attract, evaluate, and close exceptional software engineering talent. This is a 1-year contract position with the option for extension.

What we’re looking for

• 3+ years of experience in technical recruiting, with a strong track record hiring software engineers, ML engineers, or other highly specialized technical talent
• Strong business partnership skills and the ability to influence stakeholders using data and insights
• Proven ability to manage multiple complex searches in a fast‑paced, high‑growth environment
• High ownership mindset with the ability to operate autonomously
• Excellent written and verbal communication

Nice to have

• Experience recruiting for autonomy, robotics, defense, embedded systems, or Physical AI
• Familiarity with AI/ML talent markets and competitive dynamics for niche engineering profiles
• Experience hiring software engineers in a startup or hyper‑growth environment

Compensation: €60K – €100K Offers Equity
