LawZero in Berlin seeks a Technical Recruiter to drive growth for AI/ML and AI Safety teams, managing multiple end-to-end mandates and building strong partnerships with researchers and leadership.

You will design sourcing strategies, engage passive candidates, and help shape talent pools in a fast-paced nonprofit setting focused on responsible AI.

• Manage several 360-degree recruitment mandates simultaneously, from defining the need to signing the offer.
• Design and execute targeted and creative sourcing strategies to identify and engage niche talent (Research Developers, Machine Learning Researchers, AI Safety Experts, etc.).
• Approach, activate, and support passive candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Develop comprehensive research plans: profile targeting, market mapping (local and international), competitive analysis, and creation of specialized talent pools.
• Contribute to market monitoring and talent positioning in the AI and technological markets.
• Collaborate with hiring managers, researchers, and technical leadership to clarify needs, prioritize roles, and define target profiles.
• Manage the complete offer process: preparation, negotiation, presentation, and closing.
• Offer a consistent, smooth candidate experience tailored to the level of expertise of the profiles encountered.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives with internal teams (HR, compensation, engagement, accessibility) to optimize recruitment practices and tools.
