VÆRIDION is seeking a Technical Project Manager to lead a high-impact ERP transformation and future digital initiatives. You will drive end-to-end ERP implementation, ensure data migration, and align ERP with business goals, working with cross-functional teams and external partners.

You will also manage multiple technical projects, collaborate with engineering, product, and business teams, and promote continuous improvement in project management practices.

Formación

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Proven track record delivering ERP implementations (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics).
• Strong understanding of ERP integration milestones and complex landscapes.
• Experience managing cross-functional, fast-paced projects with multiple stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end ERP transformation from concept to go-live and beyond.
• Translate business needs into scalable ERP solutions and data migrations.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and external partners for seamless implementation, including PLM/ MES integrations.
• Proactively manage risks, dependencies, and trade-offs to ensure on-time delivery and alignment with business goals.
• Drive multiple technical projects (software implementations, system integrations, process improvements) and monitor progress.

You will take the lead on a high-impact ERP implementation that will transform how we operate, scale, and innovate. Once this foundation is in place, you’ll step into a broader role driving a range of technical and digital initiatives that are critical to our growth journey.

Your Day-to-Day:

  • Own and drive the end‑to‑end ERP implementation: from initial concept to successful go‑live and beyond.
  
  
  • Shape how VÆRIDION operates by translating business needs into scalable system solutions.
  
  
  • Bring together cross‑functional teams and external partners to deliver a seamless implementation, including integration with our existing PLM system and future MES system.
  
  
  • Anticipate challenges before they arise, proactively managing risks, dependencies, and trade‑offs.
  
  
  • Ensure smooth data migration, system integration, testing, and user adoption.
  
  
  • Ensure alignment of ERP functionalities with business processes and strategic goals.

Your Profile:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.


• A strong track record of successfully delivering ERP implementations (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar).


• Solid technical understanding of ERP solutions’ general requirements and implementation milestones and the ability to navigate complex integration needs and system landscapes.


• Experience managing cross‑functional, fast‑paced projects with multiple stakeholders.


• A hands‑on, proactive mindset—you don’t just manage projects, you drive them forward.


• Excellent communication skills and the ability to align diverse teams around a common goal.


• Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, and/or traditional project management approaches.


• PMP, PRINCE2, or similar certifications are a plus.
