• At least C1 German and English level.

Job/Position Summary

Project coordination and stakeholder management role with an emphasis on ASPICE, ISO 26262, and German-speaking communication.

Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for project coordination, status reporting, and transition governance.
• In charge of stakeholder communication (German‑speaking) with CARIAD and local teams.
• Oversee gap assessment, approve action plans, and verify closure of findings.
• Coordinate onsite workshops, PI planning participation, and alignment with SAFe.
• Review and sign‑off on process documentation and assessment evidence.
• Report to Program Manager / Head of Quality or equivalent.

Your profile

• At least 8 years of experience in the automotive domain and ASPICE leadership (or equivalent).
• Experience in project & stakeholder management (Jira, MS Project).
• Deep ASPICE (VDA) knowledge and experience achieving Capability Level 2.
• Experience with ISO 26262 and VW Q‑LAHs desirable.
• Familiarity with codebeamer, Confluence, SharePoint, Enterprise Architect/CAMEO.
• At least C1 German and English level.
