You will lead interdisciplinary teams worldwide, ensure on-time delivery within budget, and own the full project lifecycle with a focus on system, hardware, software, and mechanical design integration. The role requires a technical degree and 5+ years of project leadership in automotive ECU development, plus strong German

Qualifikationen

• Completed studies in a technical field or comparable qualification with relevant professional experience.
• At least 5 years of experience in managing technical projects, preferably in automotive ECU development.
• Certifications in Systems Engineering or Project Management (e.g., ASEP/CSEP, PMP) are an advantage.
• Technical expertise combined with strong project management capabilities.
• Proven leadership and communication skills.
• Strong sense of ownership, responsibility, commitment, and initiative.
• Strategic and analytical abilities.
• Fluent in German and English.
