Job summary

ELC Schulz GmbH in Dortmund sucht eine/n Technical Project Coordinator im Bereich Elektro- und Gebäudetechnik. Sie fungieren als Schnittstelle zwischen Kunden, Planung, Projektmanagement, Baustelle und Mitarbeitern.

Sie arbeiten zunehmend eigenständig, sorgen für eine ordnungsgemäße Umsetzung der Projekte in Technik, Organisation und Qualität und übernehmen Verantwortung. Wir bieten eine unbefristete Vollzeitstelle mit kurzen Entscheidungswegen und Weiterbildungsmöglichkeiten.

Qualifications

• Ausgeprägte Kenntnisse in Elektro-, Energie- und Gebäudetechnik.
• Verständnis technischer Zeichnungen, Pläne und Leistungsbeschreibungen.
• Organisationsfähigkeit, eigenständiges und lösungsorientiertes Arbeiten.
• Bereitschaft, Verantwortung zu übernehmen.
• Klare und zuverlässige Kommunikation mit Kunden, Kollegen und Projektpartnern.
• Quereinstieg aus kommerziell-technischem Bereich möglich, sofern elektrotechnische Kenntnisse vorhanden sind.

Responsibilities

• Technische Vorbereitung und Begleitung unserer Projekte.
• Prüfung und Bearbeitung von Abrechnungsplänen und technischen Unterlagen.
• Unterstützung bei Kosten-, Material- und Arbeitsplanung.
• Technische Kommunikation mit Kunden, Planern, Lieferanten und Projektbeteiligten.
• Koordination mit Bau- und Projektteams sowie Vor-Ort-Mitarbeitern.
• Qualitätsprüfung der Arbeiten, Einhaltung von Terminen und technischen Anforderungen.
• Identifizierung von Abweichungen und Erarbeitung praktikabler Lösungen.
• Unterstützung bei Messungen, Nachträgen und Dokumentation.
• Begleitung von Projekten von der Planung bis zur Abnahme.

Whether you work as an electronics technician, electrical engineer, master, technician, or technically skilled commercial employee (m/f/d) today is not important to us. Your task with us

You provide an important interface between customers, planning, project management, the construction site, and our employees.

In doing so, you work increasingly independently and ensure that our electrical engineering projects are implemented neatly in terms of technology, organization, and quality.

Your tasks

• Technical preparation and accompanying our projects
• Reviewing and processing billing schedules and technical documents
• Supporting cost, material, and work planning
• Technical communication with clients, planners, suppliers, and project stakeholders
• Coordination with construction and project management teams as well as our field personnel on site
• Checking quality of work, adherence to schedules, and technical requirements
• Identifying deviations and developing feasible solutions
• Supporting measurement, change orders, and documentation
• Accompanying projects from planning through acceptance

• Value quality and clean technical solutions
• An apprenticeship or further education as an electrician, electrical engineer, master craftsman, or technician is ideal - but not the only path for us
• A lateral entry from a commercial-technical field is also possible, provided the necessary expertise in electrical engineering is available
