Technical Product Owner (m / f / d)

Your tasks

• You will be responsible for defining, prioritizing and maintaining technical product requirements for our API-as-a-Product platform and TI-related services (FHIR-based interfaces and integration layers)
• You will systematically analyze complex technical and regulatory issues and derive clear requirements from them
• You will also develop technical concepts such as FHIR profiles, API specifications, integration scenarios and data flows and coordinate these closely with the architecture and development teams
• You will also act as an interface between product management, software development, architecture and external partners, ensuring a clear flow of information
• You work in agile, cross-functional teams and contribute your own ideas to sustainably improve processes, product architecture and technical quality
• Your role is rounded off by accompanying the entire product life cycle from the idea to technical conception, refinements and backlog management through to implementation, delivery and quality assurance

Your profile

• You have completed training or a degree in (medical) informatics and have sound technical know-how, ideally supported by experience in software development or a comparable technical role, preferably in the healthcare sector
• In addition, you have a deep understanding of modern interface architectures (REST, OAuth2 / OIDC, API gateways) as well as extensive FHIR expertise, including specification and validation of FHIR profiles and the use of tools such as Simplifier or Postman
• You are also characterized by a strong ability to communicate complex technical issues precisely and comprehensibly both internally and to external stakeholders
• Ideally, you have industry knowledge of the German healthcare sector, such as telematics infrastructure (ePA, TI gateways, VSDM, prescription processes), regulatory requirements (gematik, KBV) and interoperability standards in the medical environment
• Very good English skills, an analytical, critical and solution-oriented mindset and a structured way of working round off your profile
