Product Strategy & Vision Strategic Leadership: You own the strategic direction for AI-powered search and decision support as a core capability within the Thieme product portfolio, reporting directly to the CTO.

Driving Innovation

You shape the vision for intelligent search and chat, ensuring our medical products remain cutting‑edge for healthcare professionals. End‑to‑end ownership Full Lifecycle Responsibility: Your team is responsible for the development, integration, and continuous improvement of AI‑driven search: from classic keyword search and semantic retrieval to RAG‑based systems and the chat frontend.
