About Us
VoiceLine is an AI assistant for sales teams. We help our customers capture high-quality data with minimal effort, integrate it seamlessly into their CRM, and generate insights that drive revenue. We are VC-funded, based in Munich (Glockenbachviertel), and growing rapidly with customers across German SMEs and enterprises.
Your Mission
Your mission is to streamline and scale VoiceLine’s product delivery. You ensure that customer workspaces move from pre-sales scoping to live usage faster, with less complexity and fewer engineering dependencies. Acting as the connective layer between customers, Product, Design, Engineering, Solutions Architects, and Customer Success, you systematically remove bottlenecks and build product capabilities that enable scalable, self-service delivery.
You succeed when time-to-live is reduced, technical complexity across workspaces decreases, and a growing share of issues can be solved without direct engineering involvement.
Your Profile
- You have experience in a Product Manager, Software Engineering, Technical Program Manager, or similar role, ideally in a B2B SaaS environment.
- You bring strong expertise in integration and security architecture, including topics such as SSO, VPNs, REST APIs, and communication protocols.
- You have solid coding literacy: you don’t need to write production code, but you understand code, system interactions, and architectural trade-offs.
- You are an excellent communicator and feel comfortable working with both technical and non-technical stakeholders — internally and on the customer side.
- You enjoy structured problem-solving and have a strong ability to break down complex systems into scalable, repeatable solutions.
- You thrive in cross-functional environments and collaborate effectively with Engineering, Design, Sales, Solutions Architecture, and Customer Success.
- You are curious, pragmatic, and hands‑on, with a strong sense of ownership and a drive to continuously improve how things work.
- Knowledge in legacy enterprise system stacks like CRMs, ERPs, and ticketing systems is a plus.
- German language skills are highly preferred; fluent English (written and spoken) is required.
Your Tasks

- Identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and sources of complexity across integrations, configuration, and rollout processes.
Drive stakeholder alignment and requirements clarity
- Actively engage with customer stakeholders such as CRM managers, IT teams, project leads, and technical partners.
- Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders including Solutions Architects, Customer Success, Sales, Project Management, Design, and Engineering.
- Translate business and technical requirements into clear, structured product initiatives and priorities.
Shape technical product architecture and scalability
- Work deeply with Engineering and Integrations teams to understand the existing codebase, integration patterns, and system architecture.
- Identify opportunities to standardize, modularize, and simplify workspace configurations across customers.
- Contribute to architectural decisions with a strong focus on scalability, security, and maintainability.
Enable self-service and low‑/no‑code delivery
- Partner with Design and Engineering to build product features that enable low‑ or no‑code workspace setup.
- Empower Solutions Architects and, in the long term, technical customer stakeholders to configure and manage workspaces independently.
- Reduce reliance on engineering for recurring setup, configuration, and troubleshooting tasks.
Measure impact and continuously improve
- Define and track success metrics such as time-to-live, setup effort, engineering touchpoints, and issue resolution paths.
- Use insights from delivery, customer feedback, and internal teams to continuously refine product workflows and tooling.
Benefits include
- Attractive salary package.
- Collaboration with an experienced founding team (ex‑McKinsey, ex‑Personio).
- Flexible working hours, modern tools, regular team events, and an open culture.
