Zusammenfassung

Harvey Nash Group on behalf of our client recruits a Lab Support Technician (f/m/d) in Munich to support multiple laboratories and ensure validation environments are ready. You will handle calibration, repair coordination, and lab logistics, working with validation engineers daily for smooth operation.

The role requires hands-on electronics experience, soldering skills, and good English; German is a plus. The initial contract is one year via our agency with potential extension.

Qualifikationen

• Technical education in electronics, electrical engineering, mechatronics, or similar.
• Hands-on experience in electronics, testing, or laboratory environments.
• Practical soldering and mechanical skills.
• Experience with measurement equipment, calibration, inventory, or lab logistics is a plus.
• Good organizational and communication skills.

Aufgaben

• Support the operation and compliance of laboratories and ensure test environments are ready for validation activities.
• Coordinate calibration, repair, and maintenance of measurement equipment, including external service providers.
• Manage lab logistics: packing, shipping, storage, hardware distribution, and inventory.
• Maintain equipment databases and SAP-related documentation.
• Support validation setups, including installation and modification of racks, benches, equipment, and cabling.
• Perform SMD soldering and component replacement, including components down to 0201.
• Carry out basic mechanical work on copper and aluminum parts.
• Prepare boards and accessories for validation setups.
• Work closely with validation engineers and team leads on daily lab activities.
