Responsibilities
  • Represent our company in front of customers and give the service a face-to-face presence on-site
  • Implementing change actions (installation, cabling, racking, etc.) in accordance with client procedures and best practices
  • Confidently handle installations, configurations, and repairs of IT systems in sensitive and critical Business situations
  • Maintain a high-quality standard, ensuring processes are followed and customer needs are met
  • Enjoy regular communication with internal technical departments
  • Continuously develop your support skills for IT systems, progressing towards the support of complex IT solutions
Mandatory skills
  • Some initial experience in IT support or as a technician
  • Service-oriented mindset with a strong focus on customer needs and satisfaction
  • An adventurous spirit, happy to be on the road.
  • A valid driver’s license (Class B) is required
  • Readiness for duty and special services & for Ü2 security check.
  • Professional German and English level oral and written
  • Rigorous, organized, and able to prioritize
