Arabelle Solutions seeks an experienced Technical Field Advisor & Assessment to support steam turbine inspections, outages, and asset assessments at nuclear power plants worldwide.

You will act as a senior technical expert, evaluate turbine components, perform reliability reviews, and deliver actionable recommendations that improve safety, performance, and long-term reliability across global projects.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering.
• Minimum 10 years of steam turbine experience in field services or maintenance.
• Strong knowledge of steam turbine technology and outage execution.
• Nuclear power generation experience is highly preferred.
• Familiarity with condition assessment methodologies and reliability engineering.
• Excellent communication, analytical and customer-facing skills.
• Willingness to travel internationally and bilingual in German and English.

Aufgaben

• Lead and support steam turbine inspections and outage activities.
• Perform technical assessments of rotors, blades, diaphragms, casings, bearings, valves, and auxiliary systems.
• Conduct condition evaluations, reliability assessments, and remaining life reviews.
• Analyze inspection findings and identify degradation mechanisms and operational risks.
• Support root cause investigations and corrective action development.
• Prepare technical reports and present recommendations to customer engineering and maintenance teams.
• Identify modernization, life extension, and performance improvement opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with nuclear safety, quality, and regulatory requirements.
