Zusammenfassung

Eckert & Ziegler Radiopharma GmbH in Berlin sucht eine qualifizierte Fachkraft für Instandhaltung und Betriebstechnik. Sie verantworten Qualifizierungs- und Validierungsarbeiten, Kalibrierung, Wartung sowie die Erstellung entsprechender Berichte und Spezifikationen.

Zu den Aufgaben gehören Reparaturen an Anlagen, Koordination externer Dienstleister und die GMP-dokumentierte Abwicklung aller Arbeiten. Reine- bzw. Reinraumfähigkeiten sowie Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse sind erforderlich.

Qualifikationen

• Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung oder gleichwertiger Abschluss.
• Erfahrung in Planung und Leitung technischer Anlagen sowie Erstellung von Spezifikationen, Plänen und Berichten.
• GMP-Umfeld und Reinraumerfahrung wünschenswert.
• Führerschein Klasse B für kurze Dienstwege.
• Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse (mind. B2).
• Hohe Zuverlässigkeit, Teamfähigkeit und selbstständiges Arbeiten.

Aufgaben

• Durchführung von Qualifizierungs- und Validierungsaktivitäten sowie Erstellung der dazugehörigen Pläne und Berichte.
• Verantwortlich für Kalibrierungs- und Wartungsaufgaben inkl. GMP-konforme Dokumentation.
• Durchführung von Reparaturen und Anpassungen an Anlagen, Einrichtungen und Systeme gemäß Vorgaben des Herstellers.
• Beauftragung externer Firmen für Kalibrierung und Wartungsarbeiten.
• GMP-konforme Dokumentation von Arbeiten an Anlagen und Systemen.

Your contribution to success

• Conducting qualification and validation activities, as well as preparing the corresponding plans and reports
• Responsible for calibration and maintenance tasks, such as inspections, maintenance, checks, and repairs, including the associated GMP-compliant documentation
• Performing repairs and adjustments on equipment, facilities, and systems in accordance with manufacturer specifications
• Contracting external companies for calibration and maintenance activities
• GMP-compliant documentation of work on equipment and systems

This qualifies you

• Successfully completed technical training (e.g., electrician or mechatronics technician) or a comparable completed degree program (e.g., state-certified technician)
• Experience in planning and managing technical facilities, as well as in preparing specifications, plans, and reports
• Basic knowledge of pharmaceutical process engineering and experience in a GMP environment are desirable, as is a willingness to work in cleanrooms
• Class B driver’s license for short trips between production sites
• Very good written and spoken German and English skills (at least B2 level)
• High level of reliability, ability to work in a team, and independence
