Zusammenfassung

Eckert & Ziegler Therapeutics GmbH sucht eine engagierte Fachkraft für die Beschaffung. Sie koordinieren eigenständig die Beschaffung von Rohstoffen, überwachen Lagerbestände und planen Produktionskampagnen in enger Abstimmung mit Kundenservice und Produktion.

Zu den Aufgaben gehören Lieferantenidentifikation, -aufnahme und -management, sowie die Erstellung von Analysen und die Umsetzung einer wirksamen Beschaffungsstrategie.

Qualifikationen

• Abgeschlossenes Studium in den Naturwissenschaften mit Interesse an Betriebswirtschaftslehre oder ein BWL-Studium mit naturwissenschaftlicher Grundlage.
• Erste Berufserfahrung im genannten Bereich.
• Erfahrung mit ERP-Software und MES-Systemen, sowie sicherer Umgang mit MS Office.
• Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (B2) in Wort und Schrift und gute Englischkenntnisse.
• Zuverlässige, strukturierte und effiziente Arbeitsweise.

Aufgaben

• Eigenverantwortliche Beschaffung wichtiger Rohstoffe und Materialien, national und international.
• Lagerverwaltung und Bestandskontrolle sicherstellen, Verfügbarkeit gewährleisten.
• Produktionskampagnen in enger Abstimmung mit Kundenservice und Produktion planen.
• Verwaltung der relevanten Versandbehälter inkl. Logistik und Instandhaltung.
• Entwicklung und Implementierung einer effektiven Beschaffungsstrategie.
• Identifikation, Onboarding und Pflege von Lieferanten sowie zuverlässiges Lieferantenmanagement.
• Aufbereitung von Analysen und Statistiken sowie Bearbeitung von Sonderprojekten.

Your contribution to success

• Independently coordinating the procurement of key raw materials and supplies, both domestically and internationally
• Managing raw material inventory, including warehouse and inventory control, to ensure availability
• Planning production campaigns in close coordination with the Customer Support and Production teams
• Management of the relevant shipping containers, including logistics and maintenance
• Development and implementation of an effective procurement strategy
• Identification, onboarding, and maintenance of (new) suppliers, as well as ensuring reliable supplier management
• Preparation of analyses and statistics, as well as handling special projects

This qualifies you

• A degree in the natural sciences with an interest in business administration, or a business administration degree with a basic understanding of the natural sciences
• Initial professional experience in the above-mentioned field
• Experience with ERP software applications and MES systems, as well as proficiency with MS Office products
• Very good written and spoken German (B2 level) and English skills
• A reliable, structured, and efficient work style
