Computop Paygate GmbH in Bamberg, Hamburg, München oder Homeoffice sucht einen technischen Berater und Support-Spezialisten für einen großen Kunden. Sie analysieren und beheben technische Probleme in Zusammenarbeit mit der Entwicklungsabteilung und koordinieren die Schnittstelle zu Sales und IT.

Your Role

• Technical consulting and support for one of our major clients
• Analysis and resolution of technical problems in collaboration with the development department
• Interface to internal departments (e.g., sales, IT)
• Configuration and testing of customer connections

The position can be based in Bamberg, Hamburg, Munich, or worked from home.

Your Profile

• Completed training or degree in IT and/or several years of professional experience in IT support, IT consulting, application engineering, or similar fields
• Strong technical know-how and a high level of customer focus
• Fluent written and spoken French and English
• Good German skills are an advantage
• Payment experience is a plus
