Eckert & Ziegler SE in Berlin-Buch sucht eine/n Facility Manager/in zur Betreuung unserer zentralen Systeme, Einrichtungen und Infrastruktur. Sie koordinieren Inspektionen, Wartung und Reparaturen und sorgen für sichere Arbeitsbedingungen vor Ort.

Responsabilidades

• Verantwortung für zentrale Systeme, Ausrüstung und Einrichtungen am Standort Berlin-Buch.
• Planung, Koordination und Durchführung von Routineinspektionen, Wartung und Reparaturen gemäß Vorschriften.
• Dokumentation und Berichte erstellen sowie technische Aufzeichnungen aktualisieren.
• Notfall- und Vorfallreaktion für die zu verantwortenden Systeme.
• Sicherstellen sicherer Arbeitsbedingungen in Ihrem Verantwortungsbereich.
• Überwachung und Leitung von Infrastrukturprojekten.
• Koordination und Beaufsichtigung externer Dienstleister, Ansprechpunkt für diese.

Your contribution to success

• Responsibility for central systems, equipment, and facilities to ensure safe operations at the Berlin-Buch site
• Planning, coordinating, and carrying out routine inspections, maintenance, and repair work in accordance with legal and regulatory requirements
• Preparation of documentation and reports, as well as updating technical records
• Emergency and incident response for the systems under your responsibility
• Ensuring safe working conditions within your area of responsibility
• Overseeing and managing infrastructure projects
• Coordinating and supervising external service providers, and serving as the point of contact for them

This qualifies you

• A successfully completed degree with a focus on facility management, or alternatively, training as a technician or master craftsman
• At least 2 years of professional experience in facility management
• Good understanding of how to handle complex technical systems
• Strong communication skills when interacting with internal and external contacts
• Strong sense of safety and responsibility, as well as a proactive approach to risk assessment and prevention
• Very good written and spoken German (minimum B2 level)
