United States Digital Space LLC is seeking a Technical Architect with SAP expertise to lead integration initiatives across SAP ECC, S/4HANA, and cloud SaaS connectors. You will architect end-to-end solutions, collaborate with customers and partners, and drive automation and orchestration using our platform.

The role focuses on SAP integration, middleware strategies, and governance for large enterprise clients in an outbound professional services setting. Travel to client sites is required.

Responsibilities

On the back of high customer demand and as part of our ongoing and successful Professional Services build out in EMEA, we are looking for an exceptional Technical Architect, experienced in SAP projects.

In this role, you will also be responsible to:

• Participating as a SAP integration SME and architect in professional services engagements, focused in particular but not only on integration and automation with SAP ecosystem (SAP ECC, S/4HANA, SaaS applications) as well as on migrations from other platforms to the company

• Working on customized customer onboarding, statements of work and other customer facing activities.

• Being a the company evangelist with the ability to discover and demonstrate how the company can effectively help companies with their business automation needs across a broad set of industries through professional services engagements.

• Becoming the trusted technical advisor to customers and partners from an overall solution, architecture and implementation perspective for the the company platform.

• Contributing to our global SAP practice by creating or enhancing content such as the company Community content, reference demos and presentations,, white papers, best practices, architecture patterns, and online courses for use by customers, partners and the company teams

Through professional services engagements, you will:

• Lead business requirements sessions.

• Develop architectural designs for customer integrations and automations.

• Conduct recipe reviews.

• Advise on unit, integration and user acceptance testing best practices.

• Conduct production readiness assessments.

• Advise on production deployment procedures.

• Conduct post-live deployment health checks and guidance on recipe and process optimizations

• Provide thorough knowledge transfer to customer and partner teams.

• Apply and advise on frameworks, such as the company’s GEARS and the company’s Embedded Product Guide, to align with customer organizations’ needs.

• Be embedded in customers’ organisations and rapidly understand and absorb their current business process and levers and advise on how they can be improved through automation, orchestration or adoption of other the company platform features

Requirements

Qualifications / Experience / Technical Skills

• 5+ years of technology transformation consulting, including implementation experience with one or more common integration or middleware solutions and/or API management solutions

• Experience in end-to-end solution architecture and implementation on SAP PI/PO and SAP Integration Suite. Knowledge of SAP BC, SAP AIF, SAP iRPA and SAP BTP services (such as AI, SAP Build etc.) is beneficial

• Strong knowledge of SAP interfacing technologies, configuration and troubleshooting (IDoc, RFC, OData, SOAP WebServices etc.)

• Familiarity with SAP architecture, key SAP methodologies and frameworks (Clean Core, ISA-M etc.) Proven results leading and overseeing customer and/or partner success in the following domains: front-end and back-end solution architecture, enterprise architecture, development, and test/release management strategies, change management, and direct leadership in designing solutions that meet or exceed customer needs

• Deep understanding of security and governance needs for large corporations

• Ability to travel to the client site up to 25%, but may be higher or lower based on prevailing circumstances

• Business English fluency (written and verbal)

Nice to Have

• Experience as an Enterprise and/or digital architect preferably in consulting engagements

• Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering

• Knowledge of key applications such as Salesforce, Netsuite, Workday, ServiceNow, EBusiness Suite, Database

• Knowledge of AWS, Azure, GCP, and programming languages Ruby, ABAP, Java, Groovy, JS

• Experience having worked in a global start-up environment

• SAP or other relevant certifications (AWS, Microsoft etc.)

• German language knowledge B1 and higher
