Zusammenfassung

Sennheiser is seeking a Technical Application Engineer EMEA to support and demonstrate our audio solutions in the DACH/EMEA region. You will build deep technical relationships with customers, provide product demonstrations, and assist with training across markets.

Travel up to 70% across the DACH region and beyond, collaborating with sales, product teams, and system integrators to deliver tailored technical recommendations and ensure successful project deployments.

Qualifikationen

  • Completed technical/commercial vocational training in AV technology with several years of experience in the sale of solutions requiring explanation.
  • Extensive knowledge of Sennheiser & Neumann's product portfolio compared to the direct competition.
  • Ability to identify and analyze customer needs to present solutions and benefits.
  • Excellent ability to work in a team and strong motivation.
  • German and English language skills (B2).

Aufgaben

  • Provide high-quality product support and conduct more complex product demonstrations.
  • Design and deliver technical product training programs for employees, customers and key players.
  • Regular collaboration with customers, integrators, planners and industry influencers to build relationships and support growth.
  • Collect market feedback on customer needs, industry trends and product opportunities and incorporate into daily work.
  • Provide remote and on-site support for customer projects, system demonstrations and events.

These Tasks Await You In Our Team
  • You will be responsible for supporting, systemically building and maintaining in-depth contacts with highly technical customers. You will be responsible for providing high-quality product support, as well as conducting more complex product demonstrations.
  • Helping to design and deliver technical product training programs for employees, customers and other key players in the markets served by Sennheiser is also a matter close to your heart.
  • Regular collaboration with customers, integrators, planners and industry influencers is a matter of course for you to build strong professional relationships and support sustainable business growth. Working with our Sales Managers and Business Development Managers, you will meet with end-users and customers to understand application requirements and provide technical recommendations.
  • You will use your know-how, collect valuable market feedback on customer needs, industry trends, competitive activities and product opportunities and incorporate this into your everyday work.
  • You will also provide remote and on-site support for customer projects, system and product demonstrations and special events to ensure the successful implementation and operation of technical solutions.
You Have The Following Qualifications
  • Completed technical/commercial vocational training in the field of AV technology with several years of experience in the sale of solutions requiring explanation
  • Extensive knowledge of Sennheiser & Neumann's product portfolio compared to the direct competition
  • Ability to identify and analyze customer needs to present solutions and benefits
  • Excellent ability to work in a team and strong motivation
  • Good oral and written expression and presentation skills in German and English (B2)
  • High willingness to travel to the DACH region (>70%)
  • Very high level of competence in responsible organization of the working environment, including home office
